Please read these terms of use thoroughly. We do check sites without notice, and we expect our terms to be followed. If you do not follow our terms, we reserve the right to cancel your membership without warning and without refund. Even if you decide NOT to read the terms and you are found to be in violation of these terms, you will still be held responsible, so please please just read them. They're really not that bad, we promise! Please note that we may need to change these terms of use from time to time, however members will receive sufficient notice before the change so you can change anything you need to before the change becomes in force. If we have missed anything, or if you are in any way unclear about any of the terms, please feel free to contact us! We promise we don't bite! LOL
General Membership Terms 1) You do not need a website in order to join our member area. If you get sig tags for your emails, we just ask that you link that sig tag or IM stat to www.pixelcandies.com 2) If you do own a website that you will be using our graphics on, we ask that it be child friendly. We have small children who sit in our offices with us when we work. I don't want to have to turn my monitor when visiting member sites. This includes any pornographic material, nudity, or hateful words on your site. 3) Exclusive member tags within the member area is exclusive to Pixel Candies. You will not find these items on our websites for purchase. However everything in the member area is available for an unlimited number of requests from our members. 4) All graphics found on this site have been made from tutorials, outlines or tube sets from some wonderful sites. Click on our Membership or License pages to see where they came from. These are items made by US and you cannot claim them as your own. You must link all graphics found in our member area to www.pixelcandies.com 5) Do not slice, dice, recolor, or in any way change our sigtags, IM stats, web collections (except the pieces marked OK to add text), etc. If you would like something personalized on a graphic, we are more than happy to work with you to get them perfect for you! 6) All graphics, web sets, etc. must have a link to www.pixelcandies.com even if you are no longer a member here. 7) You are not allowed to share your username and password with anyone. You are only allowed to request tags for yourself, unless we are running a friends or sisters week. We will announce that to our members, and you will be able to choose tags for your friends that week only. 8) Once you have received your username and password, you will not be given a refund for any reason. There are no exceptions to this rule. OT take anything or use anything from your site without joining your site, we just want to make sure our TOU are being followed. Tube Set Terms 1) The tube sets found on this site were made with outlines, tutorials, etc. from other lineart sites. You can find our tube licenses on our license pages. You can NOT sell these AS IS to anyone, or give them away in your member area AS IS. You MUST add something to them to make them your own. And that does not mean just adding a name. Be Creative! 2) Please do not slice, dice, recolor or change any of the tubes in these sets. We're happy to work with you if you are looking for something specific! Just let us know and we'll work something out with you. 3) You may use the tube sets to make sigtags, premades, web sets, IM stats, etc. for personal use or for profit. If you are using them for profit, you must link the tube plaque to www.pixelcandies.com Webset Terms 1) You may use the websets on personal or commercial website.
2.) You may not use graphics from the websets to use with other sets or to do your own thing with them. They must be used with the webset.
3.) You may use your own layout when using the webset but please link webset to www.pixelcandies.com.
